My Story
I am Sasha Prochnow,
founder of
Emerald eComm Consulting.

Born with a passion for helping others, my journey began in a small Midwest town and has led me to the vibrant energy of a big city in the South. Along the way, I’ve built a fulfilling career rooted in creativity, strategy, and connection.

With over 13 years of experience in the corporate retail space, I’ve worn many hats—assistant merchant, inventory specialist, eCommerce merchandiser, and marketing manager. I’ve had the privilege of working with standout companies like The Home Depot, Bon-Ton, Hausera/eFaucets, and Crescent Electric Supply Company, where I helped shape everything from product assortments, to web strategies, to multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Some of the most rewarding ventures in my career have combined creativity, strategy, and collaboration. I’ve launched an immersive beauty pop-up experience both online and in-store, blending innovation with hands-on execution. I have partnered with top women's shoe brands on seasonal assortment planning and led the web merchandising strategy and execution for the launch of a new site. At The Home Depot, I managed the web experience for a $600M category and spearheaded multi-million dollar paid media campaigns—ranging from full-funnel marketing strategies, email strategy, site experience support, to launching an influencer-driven product partnership and much more.

Throughout these projects, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with brands I truly admire, including Clinique, Clarins, Clarks Shoes, Weber, Traeger, Moen, Delta, and Kohler—spanning categories as diverse as cosmetics, footwear, grills, furniture, home decor and electrical supplies.

Outside of work, my heart is full from the time I’ve spent fostering children, cats, and dogs. Creating safe, loving spaces—whether for people or pets—has always been at the core of who I am. Whether it’s in the aisles of retail or the corners of my home, I strive to make a meaningful difference wherever I go.
